  8. 50 grams Cream cheese
  9. 1 Egg yolk
  10. 3 tbsp Sugar
  11. 50 ml Heavy cream
  12. 3 tbsp Flour
  13. 1 few drops Vanilla extract
  14. 1 Lemon juice (yuzu juice is better!)

  1. Cut the apples into wedges, and combine with sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon in a pan. Simmer over low heat. Watch the pan and stir the contents occasionally so that they don't burn.

  8. Bake for about 30 minutes in a 180°C oven, and you're done!
